Courtyard by Marriott is Hiring a Front Desk Agent (part time) Near Tukwila, WA
Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Sea-tac is looking for a part-time front desk agent. Applicant must be available to work mostly AM & PM shifts, including weekends, and most holidays. Shifts run 7a-3p, or 3p-11p. A valid driver's license is also required, as you may be asked to drive the shuttle on occasion. Please do not apply if you have no hotel experience.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Duties
Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner
Responsible for providing the highest level of service
Drives hotel airport shuttle when needed
Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests
Assists guests by knowing hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services
Works as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments when necessary
Understands and follows the company guest service recovery program
Adheres to company general work rules, department procedures and company policies
Education:
High school diploma or GED

Pay: $20.29 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
